December Pinterest Pick 3 Linky

This month my wonderfully talented friend Lisa, from PAWsitively Teaching and I are kicking off our monthly Pick 3 Pinterest Linky party.  On the 3rd of each month we will be sharing with you our top three Pinterest finds for our classroom for the upcoming month.
December is my favorite month in the classroom.  There are so many fun things that can be done with your students!  Here are a few new ideas that I have found on Pinterest that I plan to use this month with my students.
This snow globe art project would be perfect to do after reading The Snow Globe Family. This is another project that looked easy to do, and it's adorable! I'm going to have the students add artificial snow to their before gluing down the plate.

Of course I fell in love with this owl ornament! My class is going to make them tomorrow for our grade level Christmas tree in the cafeteria. I have already collected the toilet paper rolls- the kiddos brought them in for Hoot Loot, our class currency! The directions seem easy enough. I ended up buying cupcake liners with Christmas colors. The kids are going to love these!

These ornaments are so cute! The kids place three fingers in paint and create these adorable snowmen. After the paint dries, they can add add the details. I love the snow added inside- adorable!

  3. My daughter made the snowman finger print ornament last year at school. We just hung it on the tree last night. They make such wonderful keepsakes.
